LUCKNOW and have 11 years of experience in the development sector. I worked in many quality education programmes in various organizations like Care-India, SEWA, VINOBA ASHRAM SHAJHANPUR and LOKMITRA RAEBARELLY (U.P.)
I engaged in capacity building activities for government school teachers and internal staff on education perspective, subject content and pedagogy. I coordinated state level NGOs alliance leaded by LOKMITRA, a state level advocacy campaign for quality education to all.
My Skills are in facilitating trainings /workshops, report writing, documentation, publication, conducting review and planning meetings and communication & engagement with NGOs and government functionaries.
Listening to Hindi movie songs of KISHORE KUMAR and as well new songs; visiting historical places and places close to nature, taking photographs and playing cricket are some of my activities, which I do in my pleasure time.
